What's the creative scene like in San Francisco at the moment?
The creative scene is wild in SF! A lot of corporate and underground opportunities for young designers, photographers, artists, etc. There's a lot of art shows, meet ups, events and more. It's a good place for young creative professionals.
Would you say there's a strong community of film-shooters there?
There's a decent community for film-shooters in the entire SF Bay Area. There's a few events and meet ups that support the movement of film photography out here.
How did you start shooting film?
I would have to say that my creative circle really inspired me to start shooting film. You’re influenced by the people that you’re around and they really motivated me to jump into the film photography game.
What was your first film camera? What do you shoot on now?
My first film camera was a Canon AE-1 and I now shoot with a Contax T2.
Where do you get your film developed?
I currently get my film developed at my local camera shop, Mike's.
